SignNTrack is a web-based simple electronic signature (EES) solution specifically designed to facilitate the management and tracking of documents requiring electronic signatures. It offers comprehensive document management, signature management and contract expiration monitoring features.
The home dashboard serves as a central hub for the user. It shows an overview of recent activities, notifications, and allows quick access to documents and tasks. It provides widgets to display the status of documents, upcoming deadlines, and activity logs.
Document management allows users to upload documents, organize them into folders, set signature parameters, and manage access restrictions. You can sign, share, and download documents directly within the platform. SignNTrack also supports document synchronization with OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
Signature management allows users to create and store electronic signatures. You can create and manage signatures by typing, drawing, or uploading a signature image. It is also possible to set standard signatures and apply them directly to documents.
Contract expiration management notifies users of upcoming contract expiries. It offers configurable notifications, calendar integrations, and automatic reminder settings to ensure important deadlines are not missed.
Users can manage their notification preferences in the settings section. They can choose whether they want to receive notifications, either via email or through the platform.
SignNTrack supports integration with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. This integration allows users to track contract deadlines and other important dates directly in their favorite calendar applications.
